Auto NetWork - The Worst Customer Service In The World!!!

Drove from New York to Auto NetWrok Inc, 301 W.Mckinley Gaston, Indiana to purchase a Vehicle.

We had to walk around in 30 Degree Weather in Mud and Rocks for one Hour . No one helped us , Two Males walked right by us and never asked us a thing . It was like they were avoiding us on purpose. There was one Female in the Office who gave us keys to two Vehicles and took back the Third Key and said the Owner was saving the Vehicle for a Friend after we were given a Price.

None of the Vehicles started. Once we went in to see if they could be Started with a Jumper Box, The female instructed us tko roll the Battery Charger around and start the Vehicles our selves with No Help. All the while a Man which turned out to be the Owner we were told was sitting on the Phone.He was the same person that had avoided us, We had to ask him for help. He had a Very rude attitude and didnt have keys for one of the Vehicles, didnt know when he would have them made.

This was the worst experience Ever.Time and Money that could have been saved.The Worst customer Service Ever, Buyer Beware !!!!!!!!!
